Bill brings exceptional organizational skills and construction to the JMAA architecture team. With his keen eye for detail, he is capable of "thinking like a contractor" and ensuring that tender documents contain comprehensive details to prevent unforeseen difficulties on site, cost over runs or future maintenance issues. 

 

Bill has over 25 years of experience in construction detailing and construction management.  He spent fifteen years detailing and controlling multi storey high rises for both commercial and residential projects in the Greater Vancouver areas.  He continued this work in Alberta for the past 10 years.
