JMAA architecture competed the redesign and update the exterior of the Crimson Hotel (formerly Amethyst Hotel).  We also helped detail interior renovations which added a pool to the building and updated the inside of the building.  Being located in Jasper and in the Rocky Mountains the design speaks strongly to the natural surroundings.  The new look brought this hotel into the modern age with a contemporary design which speaks to the hotels location.

This project was challenging because in order to update the building the footprint of the building could not change.  This meant that any updates to the facility needed to be very conscious of how they where using the limited space available.
