This is a 6 level building consisting of a transit terminal with shops and offices on the first two stories and parking on all other levels.  Located on 5th avenue and 7th street in Lethbridge this facility acts a hub allowing for park 'n' ride and bussing services.  In the future the lease spaces will also be developed and allow for further amenities to the users.
