North Ridge Place is an affordable housing, four storey apartment building located in St. Albert.  To meet the growing demand for their residents JMAA architecture was commissioned to complete the design and construction administration for an addition.  The addition was designed to blend seamlessly into the existing building and includes 42 unit residence with a parkade on ground level.  The addition includes one bedroom suites, two bedroom suites and barrier free suites.  each suite includes a full kitchen, living and ding areas as well as a full bathroom.
