JMAA architecture worked closely with the client to design this 72 unit new seniors lodge built in a style that fits well into the surroundings of Rocky Mountain House.  The building incorporates a central dining area and kitchen, a rooftop patio complete with a green roof and on site retention pond.  mechanical and electrical systems where also designed to be comparable to a LEED silver standard.  The project was built on the same property of the existing lodge and careful planning and coordination throughout the project was necessary.
